The Villa comprises of:
BEDROOM 1 with luxury en-suite and a super king sized bed. This room is ideal for disabled guests as it is on the ground floor.
BEDROOM 2 with luxury en-suite and double bed.
BEDROOM 3 with luxury en-suite and double bed.
BEDROOM 4 with twin beds and a bunk- bed, this room has sole use of the upstairs bathroom .
Large comfortable lounge with ample seating, open fire, 42" plasma flat screen TV with satelite, stereo incorporating CD player and cassette recorder; we also have a video player and DVD player (there are videos/DVDs for your enjoyment, as well as books to read and board games to play)
We also have a dining room with a large table and 8 chairs and a dresser.
A beautiful country kitchen well equipped with all you need, we have a range cooker, oak units, marble work-tops and a Welsh dresser.
Outside a large terrace awaits you with swimming pool (heating is available at an extra cost ) ample outside furniture for full occupation, and fantastic views, hills right to left and unrestricted views down to the coast, a truly delightful setting . We also have plenty of covered area with plenty of comfortable seating , a very large covered B-B-Q area with sink, drinks fridge and marble work-top, large round terrazzo table and comfy chairs. There is also a large grass area with beautifully tendered gardens. For an extra charge our on-site games room with table tennis table, dart board, table football and pool table ( one euro per game ) is a great asset keeping you amused on the hot summer afternoons and cooler spring evenings, quoting one of our guest "it was a pleasure to see the grandparents and children enjoying the games room and pool, we have loved every minute. "
