I/We enclose a cheque/postal order made payable to Mrs A Galloway or cash for the 30% deposit and the remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.
Security deposit of £500 and £100 for games room per booking will be refunded by cheque to lead name on booking form within 2 weeks of return provided nothing is broken.

Conditions of Let
PAYMENT
In order to confirm your booking a 30% deposit will be needed and the full balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received it is non-refundable, as is the full balance.
SECURITY /BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A £500.00 per booking refundable security / breakage deposit will be required. If breakages occur the cost to replace the item will be charged and deducted from your security deposit. You should inform us of any breakages and replace if possible while on holiday if the item is impossible for you to find or replace please inform our manager.
Deductions to security deposit will be made. We will inform you by letter, listing any breakages and reasons for deductions. As we cannot physically check the villa for breakages ourselves, we will go on the word of our manager.
A £100.00 breakage deposit will also be levied if the games room is booked. All deposits will be returned in full to lead name on a booking form within 2 weeks of return.
ARRIVAL TIME
The Villa will be ready for occupation after 3pm on day of arrival. Please do not arrive before that time unless it has been agreed in advance. If you do arrive before 3pm and the villa is still being cleaned please give our cleaner and manager the time to finish their tasks.
ELECTRIC AND GAS
Electric and gas is included in the cost of your holiday. Winter guests (October, November, December, January, February, March) will be charged for electric and gas consumed during their stay, the meter being read on arrival and departure.
CLEANING
Our cleaner will come on Wednesday to do a quick clean i.e. mop all floors, and a general tidy up (the cleaner does not do the washing up) if you would like a more thorough clean this can be arranged at a small cost. The Saturday clean is changing all the beds, towels and tea towels as well as a more thorough clean throughout the villa.
ON DEPARTURE
P lease vacate the Villa by 10am so our manager and cleaning team can set to
work preparing the villa for our next clients. Cleaning will commence at
9am. If the house is left in a
particularly dirty condition a charge will be levied and deducted from the
security deposit, our managers decision is final on this matter.
GLASS
Please do not take bottles of wine and beer and consume them near the pool area or on the terrace. Many guests walk around barefoot and we do not want any one to have an accident with broken glass, this can be very distressing and costly. There are plastic wine goblets and plastic tumblers for beer and juices also there are large plastic jugs to pour wine into please be aware of the dangers.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out your own private insurance, in case of cancellation, accidents e.t.c. as once the deposit and balance are received it is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any injury whatsoever sustained in our home or on our grounds. You must make sure you are adequately insured.
CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel the holiday, the lead name on the booking form should write to us as soon as possible. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
If we have to cancel your holiday due to storm, flood, fire or theft vandalism, or an electrical faults, please
make sure your insurance covers you for this.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the property and you are expected to take all reasonable care of it i.e. locking all external doors when going out going to bed. Please do not leave credit cards and money just lying around, and for leaving the villa in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Linen / towels sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, towels and tea towels, outside towels are not, please do not take our towels to the beach or use around the swimming pool
TELEPHONE
There is a phone at the villa for your use for local calls to landlines only, international and mobile numbers are barred
T.V
Satellite t.v selected channels only available including BBC 1 and 2 ITV and Channel 5. We have a 42" plasma flat screen TV, video player and DVD player (with a wide range of videos/DVDs for you to use) The plasma TV must NOT be used for gaming (if leads are tampered with in any way we will retain your £500 security deposit). There is a separate small TV in the master bedroom which is just for gaming. Stereo system with CD player and cassette.
WATER
Please use bottled water for drinking and washing your teeth as well as for making ice-cubes. Water is heated via roof solar panels and there is also an electric back up system if the sun fails to shine. The water tank is more than adequate for full occupation, providing you with many hot showers, if the baths are used then obviously they will take up more water.
SWIMMING POOL
4FOOT 6 INCHES DEEP THROUGHOUT (1.4 metres) The pool will be cleaned once or twice per week depending on the time of year. Please help us to keep our pool in tiptop condition by having a shower (cleaning off sun oils and creams) before going for a swim. We are not responsible for any injuries caused using our swimming pool. Please look after young children at all times as there is no barrier around our pool.
POOL HEATING
THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY, if you would like the pool heated costs will be as follows:
Summer: April, May, June and September price £110.00 per week
Winter: October, November, December, January, February and March price £160.00 per week.
The heater is turned on 4 days before let in summer and 10 days before let in winter.
OUR GAMES ROOM IS ALSO AN OPTIONAL EXTRA
An on site games room is available and includes a table tennis table, a dart board, table football game and a pool table (1 euro per game) cost is £65.00 per week.
WELCOME PACK
If you would like our Manager to arrange a welcome pack the cost will be £4.00 per adult over 13. The pack will include wine; beer bottled water, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, rolls, biscuits, tomatoes and either cheese, ham or pate,
Only guests who's names appear on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa. (If people would like to have guests visiting, it would have to be arranged with us)
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside our villa.
PETS
Pets are not welcome at our villa.
